Ten Golden Rules for Great Health

1. Drink plenty of clean (filtered or spring) water. Rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. Make sure that your drinking water is free from chlorine and fluoride. Also, drink out of glass, ceramics or stainless steel, not plastic. 2. Eat small amounts of protein often. Eat approximately every three hours, or when you feel hungry. Rule of thumb is to divide your body weight by 15 to get the number of protein ounces you should eat per day--- eat this protein over 3-5 meals. 3.
