How to stay healthy during quarantine

Sophie has great tips on how to stay healthy during quarantine! Chocolate Coconut Collagen Protein Bites Recipe Ingredients 1 cup coconut cream concentrate/coconut butter (softened, but not melted) 3/4 cup shredded coconut + extra for garnish 2 scoops collagen powder (or 4 tbsp) 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp carob powder (cocoa powder works too if not AIP) 1 tsp honey (optional) 1 tbsp filtered water or coconut milk (optional - this is only if the coconut butter is still too hard to stir) Instructions Soften the coconut butter (either in the microwave, or it’ll just be soft enough if your house is sweltering like mine) to where it’s easy to work with and stir.
