Having even color is a sign of youthful, healthy skin. As skin ages, its tone may fade or become blotchy, and one may develop dark under eye circles.
Texture related skin problems can include bumps, acne, blackheads, whiteheads, and wrinkles.
When skin is dehydrated lots of skin cells shed all at the same time, leaving the skin dry and flaky. The way to combat this, drink more water! Ideally one should drink half their weight (in fluid ounces) of water each day!
Ultimately, if your skin is healthy, it should not feel dry or tight, and there should not be any itching burning or stinging. These symptoms could be a sign that your skin care products are not right for your skin.
Foods for healthy skin:
Fatty fish, like Salmon, mackerel and herring.
Sunflower seeds and walnuts
Bell peppers, Broccoli, tomatoes
