This amazing recipe is a great option to get your day started the right way!

 

Our practitioners at Nutritional Wellness Center recommend this combo to our clients who enjoy this kind of breakfast. 

 

 Put the following in a blender. 

 

2 cups of green leafy vegetables such as kale or spinach or collard greens. 

 

2 cups of water or you can use coconut water, a really good brand that we have come across is Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. Coconut water is low in calories and it is easy on the stomach. It is a refreshing drink that aids digestion and in fact boosts fat metabolism.

 

1 scoop of Collagen Peptides from Vital Proteins. Collagen Peptides are naturally derived from collagen protein, the intake of collagen helps to ensure cohesion, elasticity and regeneration of skin, hair, joints and bones. 

 

1 scoop of Bone Broth Protein Turmeric, With this product you actually get the benefits of Turmeric and Bone Broth! 

 

If desired, you can also add 1 or 2 tbsp of unrefined coconut oil or 1 or 2 raw, organic, free range eggs.  

 

You can add some ice if you like your smoothies chilled.
